Prof. Gayatri Hela Pamidipati

Scientist | Innovator | Serial Entrepreneur

Prof. Gayatri Hela Pamidipati is driven by a singular purpose living in sync with nature. Her work brings together science, sustainability, & entrepreneurship to create technologies that support human health and environmental well-being.

Academic & Research Foundation

She holds a Master’s in Organic Chemistry (Phytochemistry) and a Doctorate in Chemistry, with research focused on dietary antioxidants and their role in health and disease prevention.

Her scientific journey includes collaborations with the Medical Research Council (UK), École Normale Supérieure (France), Texas Medical Center (USA), and National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan).

Industry & Innovation

With experience across hygiene, agriculture, personal care, cosmetics and textiles, she has led research, innovation, and technology commercialization.

Her expertise spans synthetic chemistry, nanotechnology, advanced materials, and applied scientific innovation, along with R&D strategy, IP development, technology validation, testing services, and business development.

Entrepreneurship & Global Contribution

An accomplished serial entrepreneur, she is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, and the 10,000 Women Entrepreneurs Program at ISB, India.

She also serves as an Adjunct Research Professor at the University of Bamako, Mali, contributing to research, knowledge exchange, and sustainable development.
