Fragrance
The challenge for any perfumer is to give a fragrance longevity, all too often the top notes of a fragrance will evaporate quickly changing its entire character. To stop this happening, it is possible to use the Reseda Micelle organic chemistry to encapsulate the fragrance and slow down the process of evaporation, thus making it far more durable. In trials on EDT (Eau de toilette) it has been seen to enhance performance by up to 20 hours.
This process can also be applied to fragrances in laundry products, a completely organic system to make the fragrance last longer. There is no use of microplastics which are found in some microcapsules. The Micelle system is fully biodegradable leaving no harmful chemical or particulates in the environment.
Fragrance using this system can be added to liquid laundry products, fabric conditioners, and powders.
Using the Reseda Micellar Technology, it is possible to add fragrance to textiles- this is an attractive proposition for fashion items. Not only can a product be branded with a label, it can also be branded with a unique, distinctive and long-lasting fragrance.
